Cintas Menomonee Falls Earns OSHA’s Highest Safety Designation

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI – Sept. 20, 2019 – Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) today announced that its Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin location received Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). During a special ceremony, Cintas employee-partners were joined by Nancy Mugavero, OSHA Region V VPP Manager and Kelly Bubolz, OSHA Compliance Assistance Specialist, Appleton, WI office.


VPP Star is OSHA’s highest recognition for the practice of and commitment to exemplary occupational safety and health, earned by businesses who meet rigorous safety requirements. Cintas is the number one participant in the nation for companies with VPP sites, with approximately 250 facilities throughout the world actively pursuing VPP recognition by OSHA or the equivalent under a similar certifying body.

Cintas has been involved with the VPP program since 2010, and currently, over 100 Cintas locations have been achieved VPP Star status. Cintas also participates in similar programs in Canada, Mexico and Honduras.
